Peanut Butter Overload Protein Pancakes

Peanut butter lovers, you'll go crazy over this mouth-watering stack of protein pancakes! It's the perfect fix for anyone who is craving peanut butter, or a little extra protein in their diet ;) These pancakes are sure to leave you feeling satisfied and ready to take on the day!

PANCAKE INGREDIENTS

WHIP INGREDIENTS (OPTIONAL)

  • 1 cup peanut butter 

  • 1 8oz package cream cheese - room temperature
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 8oz tub whip topping

  • Protein:   8g

Peanut Butter Overload Pancakes

DIRECTIONS

  • In a large bowl whisk the peanut butter, sugar and oil until smooth.
  • Add in egg and milk and mix together.
  • Next add the flour, baking powder and salt and whisk until combined.
  • Heat your griddle to approximately 350 F°.
  • Ladle batter into rounds and cook until bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip.

  • Cook the other side until golden brown and remove from griddle.
  • Mix together the whip ingredients and assemble the pancakes adding a layer of the whip in-between each.
  • Garnish with a few salted peanuts (if desired) and enjoy!
