Peanut Butter Banana Mug Cake

Name a more iconic duo than peanut butter and banana. It's a match made in heaven. And the best part, it's as simple as mashing up a banana and mixing it with our Peanut Butter Mighty Muffin. Embrace the mashedness (get it 😉) and try it for yourself.

Peanut Butter Banana Muffin

DIRECTIONS

  • Remove sealed protective film from the Mighty Muffin.
  • In a small bowl, mash the banana.
  • Add the mashed banana and water to the Mighty Muffin container.
  • Stir using a fork until well blended.
  • Microwave on high for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let cool slightly. You can transfer it into a larger bowl to accommodate toppings (sliced bananas, whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, and/or pure maple syrup) or serve in the container as is. Enjoy!
