Fluffernutter Muffins

Would you love an excuse to eat a Fluffernutter for breakfast? We know we sure did, that's why we're bringing you this delicious Fluffernutter Muffin recipe! Soft and fluffy peanut butter Mighty Muffins topped with gooey marshmallow 😍With only 5g of sugar per serving - what's not to love!

Fluffernutter Muffins

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350˚ (175°C). Line a muffin pan with 5 parchment paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, add the contents of the FlapJacked Peanut Butter Mighty Muffin containers.
  • Whisk in the remaining ingredients until completely mixed through. Scoop the batter onto the prepared muffin pan.
  • Press 3 mini marshmallows into each well of muffin batter.
  • Bake for 17 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted golden brown and the surface of the muffins spring back when tapped. Let cool completely. Enjoy!
