Love the Mighty Muffin. we put it in a small griddle and make a pancake of it. Shipping was bad but that was USPS fault.

I love mighty muffins. I started eating them about 3 years ago when I started a diet and they were approved. I just wish they were more available at my local wal mart.
I have been eating Mighty Muffins for a couple of years. It is great to have a delicious, gluten-free, hot breakfast every morning (made in under one minute). Mighty Muffins are not too sweet and are filling. The double chocolate and chocolate peanut butter flavors are also delicious!
