Chocolate Hazelnut Dream

This decadent smoothie makes for a delicious breakfast- but can just as easily be enjoyed for dessert! We added one of our favorite nut butters to our Banana Hazelnut Mix to celebrate the delicious flavor combination of chocolate, hazelnut and banana.

INGREDIENTS

  • Servings:   2
  • Calories:   218
  • Fat:   8g
  • Carbs:   29g
  • Fiber:   4g
  • Sugar:   18g
  • Protein:   12g

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all ingredients except the FlapJacked mix and chocolate hazelnut butter into a blender. Blend at high speed for about 60 seconds, or until well blended. Add in remaining ingredients and blend until thick and creamy. Divide equally into two glasses and ENJOY!

Hi Konda,

This recipe makes 2 smoothies which comes out to 24g of protein total. Therefore each serving does in fact contain 12g of protein. Hope that helps clarify :)

If 1/2c of the baking mix has 20 grams of protein shouldn’t this smoothie have more and not less? I’m confused.
