Banana Nut Blondies

Blondies have more fun, am I right?? 💁 This FlapJacked interpretation of the blondie is made using our Banana Hazelnut baking mix and is topped with crunchy hazelnuts. With 11g of protein and only 4g of sugar per bar, these are sure to be a crowd pleaser and are an easy treat to whip up for any occasion.

Banana Nut Blondie

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350˚ (175°C). Spray an 8x8" brownie pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper for easy removal later.
  • In a blender, add the beans, mashed banana, almond butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the FlapJacked Banana Hazelnut Protein Pancake & Baking Mix, Truvia spoonable, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the blender mixture over the dry ingredients and whisk together until completely smooth.
  • Scoop the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the surface of the blondies spring back when tapped.
  • Let cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
