Applesauce Puffs

When life gives you apples, make Applesauce puffs! These perfectly packed puffs are rolled in a cinnamon sugar mixture and have 11g of protein per serving. Simple, satisfying and are ready for everyone to indulge in!

applesauce puffs

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix FlapJacked mix, sugar and cinnamon.
  • Mix in applesauce, milk, egg and oil.
  • Stir well.
  • Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 375˚F for 15 minutes.
  • Remove immediately from pan and roll in melted butter.
  • Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and roll muffin with melted butter on it in mixture.
  • Let cool and serve.
