A: We specifically chose GanedenBC30 (Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086) because of it’s many properties that make it an ideal choice for incorporating into food products. A protective shield around its genetic core allows it to survive against rigorous manufacturing processes and acidity from the stomach and also retain its activity without refrigeration. A: One serving is 1 container (55 grams). Once mixed with water, one serving will make one large muffin. |

Q: MY MUFFIN CAME OUT SOUPY. HOW MUCH WATER DO I USE? |
A: Follow the instructions on the side of the package or to be accurate, use 1/4 cup of water and mix thoroughly. The batter should be thick. |
