HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To manage your subscription, click here to login to your account, then select ‘Manage Subscriptions’.

HOW DO I VIEW UPCOMING ORDERS?

To view upcoming orders, click here to login to your account. Select ‘Manage Subscriptions,’ and then click on your order number. A list of upcoming orders will appear.

HOW DO I ADD TO MY EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION?

If you’d like to add a new product to your existing subscription, visit the product page you’d like to subscribe to and click on ‘Add to Existing’ Subscription.

HOW DO I SKIP OR RESUME A DELIVERY?

To skip or resume an upcoming delivery, click here to login to your account. Select ‘Manage Subscriptions,’ and then click on your order number. A list of upcoming orders will appear. Under ‘Action’, select ‘Skip Order’ or ‘Resume Shipment’ for the date you would like to change.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You will have the option to cancel your subscription directly from your account after three subscription orders have been fulfilled. To cancel your subscription, click here to login to your account. Select ‘Manage Subscriptions’, then open the dropdown underneath ‘Manage’ and select ‘Cancel’. If you need assistance cancelling your subscription or to cancel it early, please contact us here.

*Subscriptions cancelled before three orders are fulfilled are subject to an early cancellation fee equal to the difference of the subscription price and full retail price.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE PRODUCT QUANTITY IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To change the product quantity, click here to login to your account and select ‘Manage Subscriptions’. Open the dropdown underneath ‘Manage’ and select ‘Product (Qty)’.

*This option appears only after three subscription orders have been fulfilled. If you would like to change the product quantity sooner, please contact us here.

HOW DO I SWAP PRODUCTS IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To change the product quantity, click here to login to your account and select ‘Manage Subscriptions’. Open the dropdown underneath ‘Manage’ and select ‘Swap Products’. On the pop-up window that appears, click the button underneath ‘Manage’ and choose the product you would like to swap with.

*This option appears only after three subscription orders have been fulfilled. If you would like to make a product swap sooner, please contact us here.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

To update your credit card information, click here to login to your account and select ‘Manage Subscriptions’. Open the dropdown underneath ‘Manage’ and select ‘View/Update Card’.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

To change the product quantity, click here to login to your account and select ‘Manage Subscriptions’. Open the dropdown underneath ‘Manage’ and select ‘Update Address’.
