DIRECTIONS

1. Remove sealed protective film.

2. Add 1/4 cup of cold water. It's best to use a measuring cup it. Don't eyeball it :)

3. Stir using fork until well blended. Make sure no powder gets left behind!

4. Microwave on high per cooking time based on your microwave wattage. The wattage is usually shown inside the door or on the back of the microwave.

5. Enjoy! Adjust the time up or down a few seconds to find your sweet spot. Less time = gooey. More time = cakey.

What probiotics are used in the Mighty Muffins? We specifically chose GanedenBC30 (Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086) in our Mighty Muffins because of it’s many properties that make it an ideal choice for incorporating into food products. GanedenBC30 is also a gluten free, and non-GMO probiotic.

What if I don't have a microwave? The Mighty Muffin was developed for cooking in a microwave, however; If no microwave is available, the muffin may be baked in a muffin pan. Pour dry mix from container into the dish, stir in 1/4 cup water (add an additional 1TBSP for Cinnamon Apple flavor), spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray or insert muffin liners, pour batter into two even muffins and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes. Time may vary.
