The Mighty Muffin was developed for cooking in a microwave, however; If no microwave is available, the muffin may be baked in a muffin pan. Pour dry mix from the container into the dish, stir in 1/4 cup water (add an additional 1TBSP for Cinnamon Apple flavor), spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray or insert muffin liners, pour batter into two even muffins and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes. Time may vary.

The following Mighty Muffins are Certified Gluten-Free: Double Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter, Maple Pumpkin, S'mores, and Cinnamon Apple. All other Mighty Muffin flavors are not certified gluten-free at this time.
The Mighty Muffins contain whey protein, so they are not dairy-free.

I have been ordering and enjoying several items from Flapjack for a few years. My favorite are the muffins! All of the flavors. Sometimes I enjoy them for breakfast or perhaps an evening snack if I had an early dinner. I have been known to give them to my children/grandchildren to enjoy in the motel in the morning so they don't have to go to a restaurant and thus can get an earlier start on their way home from a visit. I have received many complements on how easy and tasty they are. Thank you for such a great product.

The title says it all. I have a sweet tooth. Mighty Muffins satisfies that craving without the harmful side affects (not enough protein and too much fat and sugar) of eating a traditional muffin. Quick cook time (35 seconds is my preference) for a great balance of fiber, protein, sugar, and fat. I haven't tried all flavors yet but Chocolate Peanut Butter has remained my favorite since the first one I tried!
