INGREDIENTS 3 cups FlapJacked Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup raw (uncooked) HOT ground sausage (don't worry, this doesn't make them spicy) (Optional: add a tsp red pepper flake to kick it up a notch)
INSTRUCTIONS Heat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined and sticking together. Form 24 equal balls (about 1-1/2") and place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 9 minutes, flip and bake another 9 minutes. Remove from pan immediately and serve warm. ENJOY!
