INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup FlapJacked Banana Hazelnut Protein Pancake Mix
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup Greek yogurt 
1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp honey
