Peanut Butter Blossoms

These cookies use the same recipe as our Chewy Peanut Butter Blossoms, plus one additional ingredient. They're the perfect treat for the holiday season (but can be enjoyed any time of year!). 


1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup Truvia Baking Blend (or 1 cup sugar)
2-1/2 cups FlapJacked Buttermilk Mix
42 Hershey's Kisses

Pre-heat oven to 375˚. Combine peanut butter and milk into a large bowl and stir well. Add in vanilla extract, eggs and sugar and stir until combined. Slowly add in FlapJacked mix and blend until you have a thick batter.

Coat baking sheet(s) with nonstick spray of line with a silicon baking mat. Scoop out a rounded tablespoon full of dough and round into a ball with your fingers. (If batter is too sticky dip your fingers in water.) Place on a baking sheet and repeat with the rest of the dough. Place baking sheet(s) into the oven and bake for 8 minutes (bottoms of cookies will be golden brown). Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately press one Hershey Kiss into the center of one cookie (it will crackle slightly). Repeat with all cookies. Let cookies cool for ten minutes allow the chocolate to set. Enjoy!
