Chocolate Chip Cookies

Turn that pancake mix into Chocolate Chip Cookies!  The kids won't even know they are healthy!

FlapJacked Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

 

INGREDIENTS
2-1/4 cup FlapJacked Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter or margarine (softened)
2 large eggs + 1 large egg white
1 cup Madhava Organic Coconut Sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, blend dry ingredients. In another medium bowl, beat eggs, butter, coconut sugar and vanilla for two minutes. Stir in dry ingredients and dark chocolate chips. Drop a Tablespoon of batter onto lightly greased cookie sheet about 2" apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes (until golden brown). ENJOY!
