1. Pour 8 ounces (1 cup) of cold 2% milk (or milk alternative) into a shaker bottle then add smoothie mix.

Can I use water/coconut milk/almond milk/coconut water instead of milk?
Although we recommend 2% milk, other milk alternatives are suitable. They will be thicker and will require a longer mixing time. If using water, reduce the liquid to 6oz to retain a thick, frothy consistency. (They taste best with milk).

How many calories does 8oz of milk add?
That depends on the brand and % of milk fat your milk of choice contains. We recommend 2% Milk which adds approximately 122 calories, 5g of Fat, 12 carbs, 12g sugar and 8g protein.

Are the smoothies dairy free?
No. The main ingredients are Greek yogurt powder and whey protein isolate, which are both dairy products.
