Looking to cool down with a refreshing treat? These Strawberry Banana Smoothie Pops will do just the trick! Not only are they easy to make, but each serving also provides 13g of protein, along with a healthy dose of flax, probiotics and omega-3s. For this recipe we used the Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie Mix, but you can make them with any of our smoothie flavors. Make it your own by adding in some fun mix-ins, fruit works great!\r\n \r\n\r\nINGREDIENTS\r\n\r\n3 packets or 6 scoops from can FlapJacked Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie Mix\n\r\n2 1\/4 cup of 2% milk (or milk alternative)\r\n1 popsicle mold (6 x 3oz popsicles)\r\n6 popsicle sticks (if not included with mold)\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nNUTRITION\r\n\r\n\nServing Size: 1 popsicle (3oz)\r\n\nServings: 6\r\n\nCalories: 126.5\r\n\nFat: 2.6g\r\n\nCarbs: 13g\r\n\nFiber: 1g\r\n\nSugar: 12g\r\n\nProtein: 13g\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nDIRECTIONS\r\n\r\n\r\n\nPour 3\/4 cup of cold 2% milk (or milk alternative) into a shaker bottle then add 1 packet of smoothie mix or 2 scoops from smoothie can.\r\nShake vigorously for 10-20 seconds.\r\nPour mixture into 2 (3oz) popsicle mold slots. \r\nRepeat the above steps until all popsicle mold slots are full.\r\nAdd a popsicle stick into the center of each slot.\r\nPlace tray in freezer and wait until popsicles are completely frozen.\r\nPop out a popsicle when you're ready and enjoy!
