Pumpkin Spice Mighty Muffin Parfait

Simple, sweet and oh so satisfying - ditch your PSL from Starbucks and whip one of these up for your afternoon treat 💁 Pumped up with protein, this recipe is so easy to make - all you need is a Mighty Muffin and Greek yogurt of your choice. It will leave you feeling full and guilt-free as you soak up all the flavors that Fall has to offer!

Pumpkin Spice Mighty Muffin Parfait

DIRECTIONS

  • Remove sealed protective film from the FlapJacked container.
  • Stir the water into the FlapJacked container using a fork until well blended. 
  • Microwave on high for about 40 seconds (time may vary per microwave). Let cool. Transfer the muffin onto a plate, place on its side, and slice in half.
  • Take the Greek yogurt and put a thin layer on the bottom of your cup. Then put one half of the muffin on top. Continue these steps until your materials are used up.
  • If you'd like, top with dried cranberries and pecans and enjoy!
