Oatmeal Creme Pies

These sandwich cookies will have you reminiscing about Little Debbie snacks in your lunch box - but without the guilt! Soft oatmeal cookies and yummy cream cheese filling with 8g of protein and only 10g of sugar per pie.   • 4oz ⅓ Less Fat Cream Cheese, room temperature

  • 2 TBSP Truvia Spoonable
  • ¾ tsp Vanilla Extract

Oatmeal Creme Pies


  • Preheat your oven to 350˚ (175°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter. Stir in the cookie mix. When the mixture is completely even, use a small cookie scoop to scoop the dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10-11 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • Scoop the filling onto half of the cookies, then sandwich the remaining cookies on top. Enjoy!
