Homemade Chewy Granola Bars

Here's a great recipe for all you DIYer's out there. Recreate the classic chewy granola bars using our Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Mix and old fashioned rolled oats. A delicious snack, breakfast, or dessert that is great for on the go. One taste of this and you won't go back to store bought granola again!

Homemade Chewy Granola Bars

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 350˚ (175°C). Spray an 8x8” brownie pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper for easy removal later.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the FlapJacked cookie mix, oats, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, maple syrup, and eggs.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir together until completely smooth. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
