Dark Chocolate Peppermint Mighty Muffin Waffle

Put a little pep in your step with this fun twist on one of our most-loved Mighty Muffins. And when we say pep, we mean peppermint, obviously ; ). We took crushed peppermint, paired it with our Double Chocolate Mighty Muffin, and made it all into a waffle 😱. Give this fun, festive twist a try, it’s guaranteed to be love at first bite ; ).

INGREDIENTS

  • Calories:   275
  • Fat:   10g
  • Carbs:   31g
  • Fiber:   6g
  • Sugar:   16g
  • Protein:   20g

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat waffle iron.
  • Remove sealed protective film from Mighty Muffin and pour into small mixing bowl.
  • Add cold water to mix. It's best to use a measuring cup it. Don't eyeball it :)
  • Stir until well combined. Add in crushed candy cane and white chocolate chips and mix.
  • Cook according to your waffle iron’s instructions.
  • Top it off with your favorite toppings and dig in!
