We are SO proud to re-introduce our delicious line of FlapJacked Protein Pancake and Baking Mixes: now with 20 grams of protein per serving!
After listening to consumer feedback and spending countless hours in our test kitchen, we've slightly re-formulated our three core mixes (Buttermilk, Cinnamon Apple and Banana Hazelnut). We've also added a new mix to the lineup: Carrot Spice! While our ingredient list remains mostly the same, we have added Non-GMO Pea Protein Isolate (in addition to high quality Whey Protein Isolate) to boost our protein blend. Our mixes still contain whole grain oats, coconut flour and real fruits and veggies for a hint of sweetness.
For each of our four flavors, one (1/2 cup) serving of mix is just 200 calories and offers 20 grams of protein and 18-19 grams of net carbs. Each variety is still great for making pancakes and waffles, but can also be used as a replacement for all-purpose baking mix. We love to use the mixes for baking muffins, cakes, cookies, breads and biscuits (and anything else we can dream up!).
